Only silver and 12 who liked only blue. There were a total of 40 who
Liked all these colors. Find the total number of people who liked red or
Silver but dint likes blue?
2) m n are positive integers.
col a: 1/ (2m) ^n^m
col b: 1/2^mn
Ans is col b is greater because 1/ (2m) ^n^m=t/ (2m) ^mn multiply
2^mn on both sides then cola will have 1/m^mn and col be will be 1
Hence I conclude that colB will be greater
3) He have given 3 bags all have red and white marbles: in first bag 4r n
6w second bag: 5r, 6w and third bag 5 red 5 w, they asked: if one
Marble is taken from first bag and transfer to second bag what is the
Probability that it is red? (They gave numbers to the bag so no need of
Third bag it is just for confusion)
The ans is :( 4c1/10c1 * 6c1/12c1) + (6c1/10c1 * 5c1/12c1)
4) The vertices of square S are (-1,-2), (-1, 1), (2,-2) and (2, 1)
What is the point where the diagonals of the square S meet?
Finding mp of 1 and 3
-1+2/2 -2-2/2
=1/2 =-2
(1/2,-2)
Answer will be 1/2,-1/2
5) Col A: 2^7 *5^4
col B: 10^4*2^3
6) Ladder of 5 ft length is in a slant position against a wall. The base of the ladder is pulled y ft away from the wall and so the top of the ladder moved x ft towards the ground.
Col a :---> x
col b :---> y
7) Two cylindrical containers are there. One with internal radius 3 inches
Other with internal radius 6 inches. The 3 inch cylinder is of 10 inch
Height of which upto 9 inches was filled with a liquid. What would be?
The depth of the the liquid in the 2nd container if 1st container is
Emptied into the second container (previously empty)
Ans: 2.25 inches
8) K is a +ve integer. The function f(x) is defined as f(x) = remainder when x is divided by k ==> f(x) = x%k, then what is the value of k, if f (k+25) =3
9) There are 4 officers and 5 jawans. In how many ways a group of 6 people
Can be formed if the group consists exactly 1 officer
Sol: It cannot be 4p1*5!..

What is the approximate average price per unit?
And is 13.50
11) If x bar is 1- x bar, and for all value of x if y=x bar, then what is ybar
Ans is X
12) If X is a positive integer and when divided by 7 has the remainder 3, then what is the remainder when x^2-5 is divided by 7?
